I bought this swing about 3 wks ago and as the other review said there was no information about this particular model. I took the chance because it was so beautiful to buy the whole collection. I love the fact that it plugs in, i was so not looking forward to the expense of batteries. I just have 2 small complaints about the swing. The tray for the swing must have been packed to tight and bent a bit because it is difficult to close it,but once its closed it is closed! And this is more of a cosmetic complaint but this particular model does not come with attachable toys however there are two circles on the tray for them. I will have to go to gracos website to find them. I was disappointed to see the place for the toys, but no toys in the box. Other than that minor stuff, the swing is beautiful and the features on it are great. The music and nature sounds are cute and the volume is great!!!

Graco has some great ideas for infant gear but lacks the mechanical realability to back those ideas up. My daughter absolutely loves the swing and it was a lifesaver for me. Sometimes it's the only way to get her to sleep, and I LOVE the fact that this swing has an AC adapter.
That said, this swing's motor died not even a week after we got it. I took it back to Target and they exchanged it and I decided to try this swing again. Haven't had it one day and the motor is already making the same noise as before right before it died the last time. If the motor goes again I'm not getting this swing again and I'm going with a brand other than Graco, because this is a common problem with all their swings as I've learned.
The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because of the AC adapter, that I have it admit is really cool. Just be careful if you decide to give this swing a try.

We bought this swing in store and it was great for calming our baby at first. After a week, it developed a short in the cord and we had to exchange it. I exchanged for the exact same model. After 2 weeks, the swing started slowing down and the motor finally died. We returned and are currently looking for another swing that is more robust.

I still give this 4 stars for a number of reasons. *Easy to put together. *My daughter just loves it. *It had electric option.

I bought this the day before Super Bowel. Today, I moved the unit to a different room, plugged it in and would not work. I tired batteries, nothing. I think the motor is shot. Graco was closed when this happened, so I'll have to call them tomorrow and see what they will do about it. Also, I didn't think much of the tray.

I am in love with this swing, finally I found one that has the impossible combination of an AC adapter and going to 30 lbs. I had the Fisher Price aquarium swing before this one and I hated having to replace batteries. The AC adapter means the swing speed never changes as the batteries start to wear. Going up to 30 lbs will mean he can use it forever. We found no problems with the function of this swing. I like the reclining positions. It has the spots on the tray to attach the graco toys which are so much better than suction cup toys that do not stick. Thank you Graco for getting it right and offering features that were so impossible to find before. So far this is the only version of the lovin hug swing that has the AC adapter and I have only found it at Target

this swing is beautiful and I love that you can plug it into the wall. However, it has a mind of it's own. It only swings when it feels like. There have been many times when I would put my daughter in the swing and it wouldn't swing. Also, the mobile falls on her sometimes. I really wish the swing didn't have these issues.

My fiance put this together and he was said it was annoying. But after it was together the music is aweful not soft for a baby. and it makes this horrible sound when it is 'trying' to swing. i wouldnt like to listen to it cant imagine a baby sleeping to it. Our daughter is due in a month hopefully we will find a better one.

I recieved this swing as a gift for my twin girls that are due in a month and couldnt wait to put it together. It took 2 hours to put together and the tray was a nightmare. Then, after it was all done, we tried to test it out but the thing wouldnt even swing. You could hear it trying to swing but nothing was happening. The sounds are also terriable. The bird chirping sounds like screaming. I will be returning this.

For being a first time mom purchasing this infant swing was a smart decision. I already have a swinger but it doesnt incline back and it sits up too high. My daughter isnt ready for it yet. Maybe when she's able to sit up by herself. My two month baby loves this. It was easy to install and the features are simple to use. the only dislikes i would have to say is the butterfly toy. they tend to fall down. although it does catch my daughter's eyes and make her stare at it. if it was a little lower and more details. it would be better. i purchased it in the store and it was a reduced price. [Price]off the listed price. the nature sounds are soothing but some of the sounds are a little weird. the musical sounds are great. I also like how an newborn-infant can grow into it. since its up to 30lbs you dont need feel like you spent so much money. i rather us this then have the reg. upright swingers because they can only use that when they sit up and they will eventually grow out of them
